Wayne County Route HH Reduced for Bridge Deck Replacement

WAYNE CO., MO (KDKZ-TV) Route HH in Wayne County will be reduced as contractor crews replace the deck of the Route HH bridge over McKenzie Creek.

The bridge is located between Industrial Drive in Piedmont, Mo., and County Road 357.

Weather permitting, construction of the temporary bypass will begin Monday, May 14 at 6 a.m.  Once the temporary bypass is in place, traffic will be reduced to one lane with traffic signals. Completion of the bridge replacement is anticipated on Aug. 23, weather permitting.

The work zone will be marked with signs.  Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
