Escaped Inmate Back in Custody

FARMINGTON, MO (KDKZ-TV) Authorities say that an inmate who escaped from custody of the St. Francois County Jail on Saturday is now back behind bars.

Richard Putney was re-arrested on Sunday. He escaped from custody at around 2 p.m. on Saturday.

Authorities spent several hours looking for Putney.
