Ste. Gen Assistant Principal Arrested, Facing Several Charges

STE. GENEVIEVE, MO (KDKZ-TV) Authorities have arrested a local assistant principal on several charges involving a minor.

They say that Elizabeth “Beth” Giesler, is facing three counts of Class E felony sexual contact with a student, three counts of a Class D felony of statutory sodomy in the second degree, and two counts of statutory rape in the second degree.

An investigation by the Missouri State Highway Patrol Division of Drug and Crime Control says Giesler is accused of performing a sexual act on a 16-year-old student in April.

The student told authorities that both had engaged in other sexual acts twice in April and May at her residence.
