Route 51 in Perry County Reduced for Bridge Repairs

PERRY CO., MO (KDKZ-TV) Route 51 in Perry County will be reduced with a 10 foot width restriction as contractor crews perform bridge repairs.

This is the Chester Bridge which goes over the Mississippi River into Illinois.

Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, June 4 through Thursday, Nov 1 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.

The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
