Highway Shutdown Due to Tracker Trailer Fire

(KDKZ-TV) A portion of Highway 67 was shut down due Thursday night due to a tractor trailer on fire.

A tractor trailer carrying alcohol, reportedly vodka, caught on fire north of Highway Y near Shannon Road at around 9 p.m.  Highway 67 was shut down for some time from Bonne Terre north past Highway Y on both north and southbound lanes.

As of 9:50 p.m., the fire had been put out.

At 10:15 p.m., both southbound lanes and a northbound lane were reopened.

No injuries have been reported.
