POTOSI, MO (KDKZ-TV) Starting next Tuesday, Sept. 18, the Potosi R-3 School District will begin the new Trojan After-School Program (TAP).
TAP is designed to expand learning for K-12 students through tutoring and enrichment opportunities in the after-school setting. Tutoring has been a main focus within the district for many years. With the new after-school program, the district has set up 5 bus routes with 18 stops to assist students and parents with transportation in the after-school setting.
The district has also secured funding to provide each student that attends TAP a super snack.
TAP will run for 10 weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00 to 4:40 during the first semester. Information regarding the second semester will be forthcoming.
