Frohna Man Arrested on Warrant

(KDKZ-TV) Authorities arrested a Frohna man over the weekend on several warrants out of Cape Girardeau County.

36-year-old Todd Hopfer was arrested on Saturday, September 22 by the Perry County Sheriff’s Office.

He was wanted for Failure to appear for: Fail To Drive On Right Half Of Roadway When Roadway Was Of Sufficient Width, Resulting In An Accident, Operating Motor Vehicle Owned By Another Knowing Owner Of Vehicle Has Not Maintained Financial Responsibility, Driver/Front Seat Passenger Fail To Wear Properly Adjusted/Fastened Safety Belt.

Hopfer is currently behind bars.
